Allow up to 5 business days processing & 5-7 days standard shipping.

After your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email or text. After order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED

Once your package has been shipped the responsibility transfers to USPS. If your item arrives damaged please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

RETURNS              

7 Day Exchange Policy:            

Send email including full name on order & order #  within (7) days of package delivery for store credit (shipping fee not included). Once email is received it will be reviewed, please allow 1-3 business days for review.             

Please note, Icon Haus reserves the right to refuse all returns. In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 7 days of receipt of arrival of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.

Email MUST be sent within (7) days of receive of delivery for the return to be reviewed and accepted. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The returned item(s) must be returned in the same condition it was received. Unworn, free of make up & stains and have tags attached. Once your item has been approved you will receive store credit in the form of a discount code. (Valid for 1 time use only)

Exceptions & non-returnable items include swimwear, body suits, accessories, beauty and any clothing item that includes body suits.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on accessories, swimsuits, body suits or beauty products.

 

Q & A’s

AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK Although we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are rare occasions where we experience an inventory error. An email will be sent notifying you of the out of stock item or items from your order

 

1. Shipping your order as soon as it becomes available.

2. Exchanging to speed up the entire order. We'll make a change and ship your order out as soon as possible.

**(If there is no reply with 24 hours of notification you will be refunded for the out of stock item)

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER

Your order could be in a couple of places. Our warehouse, awaiting dispatch, on its way, or delivered. The first thing to check is have you had your dispatch email? If yes, then it's on its way.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER

You can track your order by logging into your account  on our website. Another way to track your order is by email. Once your parcel has shipped, a dispatch email is sent (to the email address or phone number provided in your order) with a tracking number that you can track yourself via the link in the email.
